End-to-End Walkthrough

From cold list to qualified handoff.

Agenis isn't just a dialer or an email tool. It provides one workspace for coordinating configured touchpoints in your sales cadence.

Phase 1: Ingestion

Bring your leads — any way you have them

Upload a CSV, connect a CRM webhook, or let the platform seed a list from your ICP. Grant consent in bulk during import — required for TCPA-compliant SMS and voice outreach.

  • CSV import with field mapping
  • HubSpot / Salesforce webhook trigger
  • Bulk consent grant on import
Phase 2: Strategy

Design your outreach sequence

Use the visual sequence builder to define exactly how the AI should reach each lead. Drop in Email, SMS, Voice, and LinkedIn Assistant steps. Branch the logic based on replies or lead score.

  • Drag-and-drop step canvas
  • Branch on reply, outcome, or score
  • Delay rules: hours, business days
Phase 3: Brain

Configure brand voice & knowledge base

Upload your product docs, competitor battlecards, and pricing sheets. Set your agent's name, tone, and confidence level. Define hard guardrails — what it can promise and what is off-limits.

  • Document upload: PDFs, URLs, text
  • Tone presets + custom persona name
  • Response testing sandbox
Phase 4: Safety

Compliance checks before execution

Before configured outreach is sent, Agenis checks consent records and DNC lists. SMS includes the required opt-out footer, voice calls respect configured quiet hours, and STOP replies are processed for that channel.

  • Per-channel consent enforcement
  • Global DNC list check
  • Quiet hours on voice (8am–8pm local)
Phase 5: Execution

AI coordinates configured channels

Agents run voice, email, SMS, and WhatsApp steps on schedule. For LinkedIn, connection requests and follow-ups are drafted into a queue where reps can send manually or use the browser assistant.

  • AI-written emails with personalization
  • Provider-managed voice delivery
  • LinkedIn Assistant pacing & caps
Phase 6: Outcome

Qualified leads routed to humans (or calendar)

When a lead qualifies, the AI writes a one-paragraph context summary and either offers an approved calendar path or routes to the best available rep based on skills and capacity.

  • AI-written summary with every handoff
  • Google & Outlook calendar sync
  • CRM deal stage updates

See it in action with your own leads.

You don't need an engineering team to start. Workspace, consent, and provider setup still apply.
