Do I need separate provider accounts?
Managed voice, email, and SMS use Agenis delivery infrastructure. WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger require an eligible connected Meta Business account; LinkedIn remains assisted through your rep's logged-in browser or manual workflow.
What happens to outreach in flight when I pause a campaign?
Pausing a campaign stops all future outreach immediately. Conversations already in progress complete. Leads not yet contacted remain in 'new' status and resume from where they left off when you re-launch.
How does the SMS STOP handling work?
Agenis processes carrier STOP replies in real time: the opt-out is recorded, consent is revoked, and the lead is removed from all active sequences for that channel.
How do WhatsApp, Instagram, and LinkedIn outreach work?
WhatsApp and Instagram DMs use your connected Meta business account. LinkedIn tasks are different: Agenis drafts a connection request or message, then your rep can send it manually or explicitly opt into the Agenis LinkedIn Assistant, which uses that rep's logged-in browser session under server-enforced caps and pacing. It is browser automation, not LinkedIn OAuth or an official integration, and it does not eliminate platform-enforcement risk.
Can multiple clients use this?
Yes. Agenis is fully multi-tenant. Each account (tenant) has isolated campaigns, leads, sequences, and compliance records. Platform operators can white-label and resell the platform under enterprise plans.
Is there a free trial?
New self-serve workspaces start with a distinct 14-day evaluation allowance (5 voice minutes, 20 emails, 5 SMS). This one-time test allowance is separate from paid-plan limits, not a daily quota. Setup, consent, and provider readiness are still required before real outreach. No credit card is required. You do not need to upgrade to a paid plan to complete your trial send.
What happens if I use all my voice minutes?
A small hard-capped buffer protects calls already in progress, then new outbound calling stops before costs can run away. Add a prepaid voice pack from Billing whenever you need more; pack minutes remain available until used.
