Outreach

What is Omnichannel?

Omnichannel outreach is an approach in which every channel — email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp, social — shares the same context so the prospect experiences one continuous, consistent conversation rather than a series of disconnected messages. What separates it from simple multi-channel is the unified thread: a reply on SMS is visible when the next email goes out, and no channel repeats what another already covered.

The payoff is a coherent experience that feels like dealing with one attentive person or team. For that to work, all channels must feed a single source of truth about each lead — their history, preferences, and current stage — which is where a unified inbox and CRM integration become essential.

AI is especially suited to omnichannel because it can maintain conversation state across every channel at once, something that's difficult for humans juggling separate tools.

  • •Unified context across every channel, not just multiple channels
  • •Requires one source of truth for each lead's history
  • •AI maintains cross-channel conversation state naturally
